What happens after a refund
When we issue a refund, your download access is revoked and any resale rights (MRR/PLR) included with the product terminate immediately. Products may not be used, shared, or resold after a refund.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, a pattern of requesting refunds for most or all purchases, or refunding a product while continuing to use or resell it. Genuine requests are never refused on this basis.
How to request a refund
Email admin@idealdigitalflow.com with your order number — one line is enough. If something is technically broken, tell us what happens when you open or download the file; most technical problems can be fixed without a refund, but the choice is always yours.
Processing time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, in the currency of your original purchase.
Your statutory rights and instant delivery
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, including UK and EU rules on digital content. Because our downloads are delivered instantly, completing a purchase means you expressly consent to immediate delivery and, where EU/UK law applies to you, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download begins.
